March Break Camp Retreat

A Fun Time For Kids And A Great Time With The Lord

Do you know what the wonderful thing about March is? It’s the month when the season changes, the season of Lent begins, and millions of children enjoy a week off from school for March Break (Spring Break). With March Break starting this week, many parents might be scrambling to find ways to keep their children entertained for the week. Some parents might resort to telling their children to stay home and take the week off; others might have taken the week off from work and flown down to Florida for the sun, warmth, and attractions.

Here’s an interesting idea for parents looking for activities for their children during March Break: Have you considered signing your child up for a March Break Church Camp Retreat? Many Church Camps offer these services and welcome new applicants, drop-in or otherwise, as of today. Church Camps provide a communal environment that fosters positive interactions among children. They teach children valuable lessons about Bible scripture in a way they can understand.

The Bible and other teachings can be received positively when children are surrounded by their peers. They can discuss the teachings of the Bible with one another and explore other positive behaviors that contribute to the building blocks of their lives. They say that once your child starts attending school, they will statistically spend more time with teachers and their peers than with their parents. Therefore, placing your children around good role models and teachers in your absence will reinforce and perpetuate the Godlike values you share with them.

Check with your local church to see if they offer a March Break Camp. Their camp hours align with work hours from 9 AM to 4/5 PM.
